Stamatis Marmarinos is a distinguished Greek chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. His career includes tenures at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Varoulko in Athens and 1800 in Santorini. He has also led kitchens in luxury hotels, including the Myconian Ambassador in Mykonos and Aqua Blu in Kos. Notably, as the Head Chef of the Poseidonion Grand Hotel in Spetses, he earned the title of New Talented Chef at the 2016 Golden Chef’s Hat Awards. Currently, Chef Marmarinos is the Executive Chef where he offers a seafood-focused menu that reflects his extensive expertise and passion for gastronomy.
